TTBikeFit Questionnaire

Your answers will help us give you the best possible fit!. Please answer as many of the questions as you can.

Body Measurements:

Inseam - Floor to Pelvis (Crotch): Please use a hard book or carpenter level (approx 1-2" wide) and bare feet. Stand with back against a wall and your feet spread 6 inches (15cm) apart. Slide the book/level up the wall between legs until it rests firmly against your pelvis (inner crotch). When we say firm we mean it should feel like you are sitting on a bike. Make sure the book/stick is level (keep one end pressed against the wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the book/stick.

Shoulder- same foot position as above, stand up straight but relaxed, arms at sides. Have a helper measure from floor to top edge of shoulder bone (acromion) on top/outside edge of shoulder. Please don't shrug or slump.
